L'article "Intégrer le droit des droits de l’homme : une exploration" du dossier "Intégration du droit des droits de l’Homme" essaie d’imaginer une approche intégrée du droit des droits de l’Homme. En tant que projet politique et éthique, les droits de l’Homme sont un, indivisibles et universels. En tant que droit cependant, ils sont fragmentés. Le présent article veut entamer une conversation sur la question de savoir s’il est opportun de poursuivre une approche intégrée du droit des droits de l’Homme au niveau de leur mise en œuvre, en défendant une telle approche intégrée, plus ou moins intense.

The paper "Should Pluriform Human Rights Become One ? Exploring the Benefits of Human Rights Integration", as part of the dossier on "Human Rights Integration" attempts to imagine what an integrated view on human rights would look like. As a political and ethical project, human rights are one, indivisible and universal. As law however, they are fragmented. This paper wants to start a conversation on whether it is desirable to pursue an integrated approach to human rights law at the level of its implementation. It does so by arguing in favour of such an integrated approach, while at the same time leaving room for different degrees of intensity in integration.
